My '81 will hit 22 kts at 4100 RPM. I generally cruise at 3100 RPM and I make between 15-18 kts depending on the load. 3100 is where the boat seems happiest.

My 1971 F26 will run at 21 mph (18 knots) at 3000 rpm.
