Any idea how long it takes to replace one of these on a chrysler 318!

Got a boat, know wood. Not a machanic!

You didn't say raw or fresh water manifolds and risers. Intake or exhaust manifold gasket?
But assuming exhaust, depending on how rusted, how many bolts give you a fit or break...count on 6-12 beers per side. :)
