I can say this much the more I get into it the more surprises I find. But in the end it will be worth it !

don't ya just love those surprises? i've found a few on ENTERPRISE that the PO did. i just shake my head and remember what john my mechanic says, ''don't question it, just fix it right and move on. you will drive yourself crazy trying to get into the previous owners head.'' words to live by.63Skiffhardtop wrote:I can say this much the more I get into it the more surprises I find. Re: New to Trojan Boating!
Those are great words to live by! And there is alot of Po fixes on this boat and I will repair them to my best ability, my father in-law has done a few wood boats in his time so I have a good source for information. Although he has never been invovled with a trojan boat he was more Chris Craft guy and think he said he had a 32ft owens wood boat. Now hes got a 28ft Marinette with twin 318 chryslers! Either way hes been around the block a few times with this stuff where as I have not this is my first boat period.
