8lug I did the express to sedan change myself. I did go up inside which makes a difference, but wouldn't go back. The way we use the boat, the salon is part of the mix, and not having to navigate a smaller door and steps down for guests was a huge plus!

Post up some Trojan pics that you have!

and if you're lucky, fittings, a couple of new engines and gears, sanitation system, electrical and a couple of shaft logs.

Seems like the dogs don't look very happy about all of this.

Maybe they'd be happier on a Trojan International ?

keeping my fingers crossed on engines he has it logged when the motors were rebuilt showing about 100 hrs
he claimed that all 3 was done at same time.but no paper work to back it up.so planning on pulling and rebuilding them, but if they have good compression

but the risers,elbows,and,swivels need replaced

shafts appeared ok ,with a couple new ones tucked under the salon floor

i have all new brass thru hulls and will be replacing shut offs as needed

electrical seems ok also, but looks can be deceiving

sanitation will get a lot of attention
i plan on installing water/holding tank monitors if the old ones dont work rite

eventually we may have all hardware replaced and the boat painted

as far as the pups are concerned there only happy when eating chicken and chasing it with cookies
