Hi to all,

My name is Scott Green and I just bought a 1973 Trojan F-32 Flying Bridge Sedan. This is my first Trojan but not my first boat. How many boats you ask, only rookies count beers and boats; I an't no rookie. I will be living on my boat in a cover slip at the Port of Kingston, Washington.

I also appreciate the body of knowledge this forum offers. Just reading a few threads have helped get the ball rolling on my boat. As I begin to tackle projects I will be asking lots of questions. I did spend 8 years in a boat yard working with my tools. We catered to pleasure and commercial boats to 65' and built three boats while I was there. I will gladly share knowledge accumulated from that and other experiences.

I will start by passing on the phone number of Custom RV Interiors in Vancouver, Washington. Thanks # is 360-576-1036. On a thread I read a person was looking for a love seat sleeper for their boat. Some one else named the company and I found them. Lots of lightly used RV/Boat size furnishings.

If I can ever be of service to you, please ask,

Scott :D

hey scott, welcome and mazel tov on the f-32. man i wish you were in the baltimore area.... as you look through some of the threads, you will find several from me as well. trojans are great vessels.... my folks had a 1972 trojan f-36 tri cabin from april of '72 until march of this year. i just wish that dad had passed her onto me instead of selling, but, it's up to me to form my own legacy. that's what brought me to my 1976 f-32. i'm sure you have already discovered how solid these hulls are and the ride is second to none.
again, welcome.

Hi Oldsun, Welcome aboard, Kingston is a great place. My wife and I have been there many times looking at boats. Sometimes we just run up to the Sound to hang out for a weekend, walk the docks and look at the boats or take a ferry over to the islands, there is no place like the San Juans. We also spend a lot of time in Neah Bay, fishing. I am just down the road from you in the Longview Yacht club on the Columbia river. And as we speek I am still working on the boat getting ready to take it down river to the ocean at Ilwaco for winter crabbing and fishing. When I first got my F-32 it was a total project but is finally getting close enough to use comfortably. Like you I've had countless boats through the years and have always loved tinkering on them. This forum has been very valuable to me and my Trojan. The people here are like a Trojan boat family and very generous and helpful and most of the time my questions are answered before I even ask. And there is no dumb question. There's more experience and knowledge about Trojan boats here than I've seen anywhere, and it's all in one place, and checking this forum becomes an obsession, morning and night, but it's great to be part..........Thanks for joining and thanks for the phone number to Custom RV Interiors that I haven't had time to dig up, that's where I got my couch......Again,..welcome aboard and hope to meet you and see your boat someday.

Scott ... welcome to the forum. Everytime I logon to this forum ... I chuckle at the number of people that are bringing these vessels "back to life" you might say. I personally couldn't be more happier with my choice in boats and am sure you will be too.
