Stripped the bottom to fiberglass followed by barrier coat and paint.
Pulled the pulpit and re-bedded the pulpit and cleats based on moisture readings found in the survey.
Fixed a soft spot on the flybridge.
Re-worked the AC ducting to better balance the system
Replaced the carpet

Too true, Yorklyn too true ......... and so satisfying.

This topic, initiated by The Dog House, essentially gives the world a peek into how insane we all must be. I have friends with lots of cash who buy new Searays every third year and don't even name them, let alone work on them. I think they kind of feel sorry for me and for sure, they have no sense of the enjoyment and satisfaction I get from my form of boating. I don't know if I'll ever get everything done that I have planned, but I'm going to keep trying.

Insanity it surely is. I sold my last boat in June of 2011 with the intention of taking some time off from boating. By November of 2011 I had bought my current boat. It may be an addiction, but if it's wrong I don't want to be right! :D
