F25 rpm gauge ?

Hello does anyone know where the F25 318 rpm gauge connects to on engine ? on coil or somewhere else .. perhaps someone can post a pic . Thank you for any input

The tachometer (rpm gauge) attaches to the coil. The red wire in the picture is the wire from the tachometer.

TY prowlersfish and Dog House ... Hey Dog did you go straight from tach to coil or from harnesss ?

The boat was like this when I bought it. I didn't actually run the wire so I don't know if it's direct or from the harness. There's no reason why you couldn't run the wire directly from the tachometer to the coil if that's easier.
