You should have no vibration at any RPM. Either you have an alignment issue, or prop issue, or strut bearing issue. Check alignment before you have it pulled from the water, as the hull shape will change once it is out. If the alignment is good, then check strut bearing, shaft and prop for issues when you pull.

Yeah, they've checked alignment, and I believe the strut bearing too, but I'll make sure. Thanks for the info!
