1995 Trojan 390 Carver Express windshield reservoir line

Hi I am Troy I hope some one else has the knowledge about a 1995 Trojan 390 Carver Express windshield reservoir line.
The starboard side reservoir is leaking into the boat and showing up around the head and galley window area.
The copper tube is not connected to the reservoir causing a water mess. I tried to fish it back in from the top of the boat but there is a wood
board 2 inches centered in front of the hole of the reservoir.
I need access from below to maybe fix this problem. Does any one have this knowledge about fixing this problem.

I have your boat's predecessor, the 10.8 Meter International Express. I too had the windshield squirters, but mine were run through the freshwater system. There was a relay pump under the port side cover for the arch. That relay pump was directly attached to the cold water side of my freshwater system. Small rubber hosing ran under the top rail of the windshield to the front. I doubt this system had ever been used, and had never been properly winterized. It leaked like crazy, and squirted brown goo. When I restored my radar arch, I removed the top rail of my windshield and removed the entire system. I could never see myself using it.

Your system appears a little different. I'm not sure of all the changes Carver made to the model. It sounds like they created a separate resevoir. I'm not sure on the copper tubing either. I've never seen copper water tubing in marine applications. Its usually pvc, pex, or rubber.

I think My rain water line from the wipers is somewhere above the shower or head liner.
any one know where in the head liner it is at.
