Tri Cabin Refrigerator

Does anyone know what refrigerator came in late model Tri Cabins.?I assume it is a 12/120 volt machine. What I am looking for is the largest refrigerator available that will work in the tri-cabin.

Aaron let me know the tri-cab 36 used a standard home frig, no 12 volt only 120v.
