Ordering International logo

Post by Wes »

Hi all,
I have put together samples to take to my metal shop guy for pricing. If anyone is interested in any sets let me know. I'm not in any hurry but I'd like to have the pieces produced before next March so I can install them before the boat goes back in the water.

12 meter

Post by Wes »

I'll see if he can change the "10" to a "12". Are you interested in 1 or 2?

Tomorrow

Post by Wes »

I'm going to the machine shop tomorrow. When I get a price for the individual parts, I'll post them. Do you have the "12 meter" logo?

Hi Tom,

I don't know when they'll have a price for the parts but I'll get everything posted when I get them. It has been quite an adventure getting the parts assembled since we didn't have anything on our boat. I even talked a friend of mine, 2 slips away, into letting me take the helmet off his boat for the machine shop to scan.

VINYL

Post by Obaby »

If interested, I had a boat sign maker create those emblems in vinyl. There exactly the same..(mine says 11 meter) I even powedcoated my old emblems but they lasted just 2 years... Vinyl works just fine !!

It's to dark tonight to get a good picture off my boat.. but if interested LMK if you want a picture.

I'll put you in direct contact with the lady, she's great !

Hi gardnersf,

As soon as the machine shop gets back to me I'll post the prices. I told them that at my age I'm in no rush and with all the other projects I have to do on the boat I'll be pretty busy for a while.

I did tell them that I wanted to get this finished before Spring. They told me they'd get prices to me before Christmas. They want to do research and get the work done right. They don't want the logos to disintegrate after 1 season on salt water.
