10 meter fuel lines

Post by CaptG »

Getting my new to me 10 meter express ready to launch and noticed fuel lines from fuel tank to water separaters are checked. Any one know what size fittings and what the hose I.d. is? I would like to get lines ordered and not have to remove old ones untill I am ready to put the new ones on. Motors are 350 HP crusaders. Boat is express without mid cabin if that makes a difference, but I would not think so. Thanks for any input.

mines a mid cabin but with your motors. all my lines are 3/8. if you use rubber lined make sure they are rated A1-15. the line from the fuel pump to the carb has to be metal line, you can use rubber everywhere else.

Thanks Todd. Are your fuel lines clamped on barbed fittings or do they have threaded fittings swaged on? I have the threaded fittings on the ends of the fuel lines.

I had the threaded ends on my lines from the fuel filters to the fuel pump and got whacked on my survey. I had to replace them with A1 rated line. It was 3/8 I/D and I installed new bronze hose barbs and they needed to be double clamped.

The original lines were copper tubing with flare fittings that had seen better days. Replaced it with a1 lines with barbs. Just had a survey done with no issued.
