Great to be back on the water.

We took our boat back to the marina today. Thought it was going to be rough on the bay but it really was not bad at all. We drifted for a bit to check for any leaks in the boat. Everything looked good.
We are using plastik instead of teak on the cockpit gunwale. Our reason for this is we fish a lot and find we do not have to maintain it like we would teak. It always looks good and is easy to maintain.
Now all I need is a solutiong that cleans the boat without a lot of effort. I mean deep clean.
We will install the plastik tomarrow and maybe go fishing sunday. Sure would be nice to get a few Stripers right now.

Prowlerfish, We looked for your boat and did get to see it. Looks like you are ready to fish too. Hope we both can catch some fish soon.

Don't forget to shoot a few pictures of the finished product. I'd like to see how she turned out.

I can do that. I will be out there during the week and will take a picture of the cockpit with the plastik.

Prowlersfish, We did not get out as we were planning. My son had a office party to go to last night and saturday we decided not to go out. I hope we can go out this coming weekend. Will wait and see. My son is anxious to get out fishing.
Glad you had a great day. You didn't get any pictures did you? I know who owns Reel Fun, we were docked just behind him to the left before we moved to our present location. He is a great person.
