Two red lights on upper helm dash of an f-36
Can anyone tell me what the two little red lights are on the upper helm of my 1979 F-36. They are right in the middle of the gauges and the other night the lower light went on. I'm not sure what these are.

It may be possible they are bilge pump indicator lights....try a pump and watch the lights....

On my F32 (also a '79) they are bilge pump indicators. If they come on without you hitting a switch, that means a float switch likely tripped a pump.

Thanks guys...it makes sense now...
It was the first time I drive the boat when it was getting dark out. It happened as I throttled up!

++ on Bilge lights, water shifted and float tripped.
