Hi everyone. I'm trying to take these windshield wiper motors out of the frame but can't figure out how to do it (1976 F26.) Thought I'd see if anyone here knew how to do it. After dismantling one of them. My next and only option I see is to take a sawmill to it. Any thoughts?
Remove the wiper arm on the outside. Under that, there will be a nut threaded on to the motor's shaft against the windshield frame. Remove the nut and pull the assembly out from the inside of the frame. Might need to pry a bit as it is likely caulked in place.

If I remember correctly, the wiper motor is screwed to the frame cap from the inside. You'll have to remove the frame cap by removing the screws that hold it in place. This will also expose the wires that run inside the frame as well.

Big D is correctt, I had all 3 of mine out. I bought 3 known working ones and went through everything to get all mine working, start with the wiper arm, there is a nut, about 19mm, a rubber gasket then a ground strap on the inside, looks like you removed that already and she slide out from the inside. I have some good motors and parts available if needed.
