New to Trojan life.

Post by CSlaughter »

I purchased a well loved, but long retired F-36 last July. I have been watching some posts and finally decided to register and say "Hello".
I have been working on it and getting it back in cruising condition over the past 10 months. We just finished a 2 day cruise to move it to the Houston area (Seabrook /Kemah).

With luck and a little help from the members here, I hope to get her looking and cruising in style again soon and perhaps meetup with a few other owners to trade stories and learn a few tricks along the way..

Thank you

Hi Carl,

Nice to hear from you. Nice to hear about another Trojan being purchased by a responsible owner. Good luck with whatever projects you are working on.

New to formum as well here. Just got a 87 F36 purchased in New Jersey last Sept. So far love the boat, been doing a lot of TLC and she is finally up to my standards of boating. The F-36 is a great vesitile cruising/fishing machine. The only time I don't like the boat is when I pull up to the gas dock  ...

Hoping to learn a lot about my boat from others on this forum. From the looks of it, there is a lot of knowledge here.
