Captainmaniac, I used "throw" as a fugure of speech, like "throw the kids in the car to go for a drive" or "throw your weight around". However, "Throw your anchor off the bow" does conjure up a comical picture. But a free fall windless sure would be nice.

Well, in my condition, I'm not going to throw much of anything to far!

But I got some really good thoughts about how and what to do the next time I "push" my anchor over the side.
