I've already faced up to the fact that it's not going to happen until we get a thaw. Tides have been pretty low.

As far back as you are there if I were to visit I would either have to back down the creek or back out huh? (High tide ONLY)
Been many years since I've been down there, I usually go the Ventnor rd side to visit.

I have a 4'6" draft sailboat that I get in and out easily at high tide, the owner of the house has a Bertram 26 that he used to get in and out anytime. Of course it hasn't been off the lift since Isabelle paid us a little visit...
