Ok... I remember now (wowMuskokan345 wrote:Kopasetic, I renamed her from Liverpool Lady, Former owners were Murray and Theresa, Murry was one of the spear-headers of the pig roast, Theresa is my cousin, they moved to the Pace from an Alberg 28, I think, owned the Pace for a year or two, then I think the Harbs were too hard on Murray's liver, he really liked it there!, and I bought her from them.

I also knew the guy they bought the snailboat from - I think it was previously named Wilmar. When my wife and I got married we arranged to leave the reception aboard my father's boat - my folks arranged for Bill to captain it.
Name doesn't ring a bell... but if I saw a picture the old grey matter might just kick in again...As an aside, any chance you know a good friend of mine Geoff Ward, an old Yacht Club boy?

Some of that shakes out the cob webs, seem to remember the Liberator, always one of my favorite boats, yup was on Bastienne dock. Of course that was a few years ago, the boat got moved up here, then sold to some nice folks that keep her near Bobcageon. Came across the F26 kinda by mistake, looked at a couple F32's, but bank account said no, resolved to being boatless for another year, then the F26 came along, decent deal, from another post I seem to remember you telling people that they should hold out for thier prices and keep prices higher, well this seller dropped from his price like a hooker's panties...boat had been launched and he was keeping 2 slips ahead of marina mgr, part of the deal was to get the boat out in 2 days max! Really enjoyed her last year, kind of a floating cottage, planning a few trips along Trent for this year, maybe out to Georgian Bay. Can't wait for Spring launch!
