Trim tabs

Looking to replace hydraulic hose on trim tabs looking for any advice! Like how does the hose go through the transom? if it’s just standard hydraulic hose that you buy or where can I buy hose for trim tabs?

Just goes thru a hole in the transom The hole is coverd with a "clam shell . You can use Hydraulic hose . I have use Automotive Trans cooler line .

"Hydraulic Hose: Hose has 1/4 inch inside diameter 1/2 inch outside diameter 400lb.s working pressure and 1,600 burst pressure."
