Are you sure its a F40 ? I am not sure the made a F40 ( I could be wrong )
Can you post a photo or link ? we may know it by a different name

She is a 40ft rear aft cabin, prowered by twin 671 natural D.D

Look for soft spongy foredeck and hardtop/flybridge floors. This is an indication of balsa coring full of water and rotting out. Also check for main longitudinal stringer rot. The rest is just weekend or winter projects. :)
