hope the shoulders don't have rotator cuff damage. I have spent the last 3 months sleeping in my lazy boy after shoulder surgery. Finally get to jettison the sling. Just now do I get to start strenghtening exercises at therapy. Thank goodness for first mates to help me still go boating!! Good luck and work hard at therapy, it pays off in the long run.
