i have a 75 f30. love the boat and have done alot of refinishing work on the inside. removed the flybridge, foamed and 'glassed over all the holes in the roof. next on the agenda is bottom paint and other cosmetic things but i just sealed the deal on a 78 f32 so i'm kinda at a cross roads.

I have a 1972 F30 Flybridge Sea Raider. Previous owner did a complete refit so all systems, controls and electronics are early 2000's. I love this boat !

thanks! i like the wider beam and the engines were rebuilt in 2004. the only downfall is it has been sitting since fall of 2005. the engines were taken care of for storage and they do turn over with a breaker bar but i didnt get to here them run. the rest of the boat is like brand new and i couldn't pass on the price! thanks for clearing up the clean machine thing i thought those were called the sportfish.

Paul,

Thanks for clearing up the F32/Clean-Machine versus 30' Sea Raider?

Where did the name "Clean Machine" come from? The layout looks nice.

Ditto, thanks for clearing up the "Clean Machine" confusion. My F30 is a clean machine but it's not a "Clean Machine"....... there are some major differences...........nice boat, ENJOY!

Whoops, after re-reading prowlerfish's post I guess I don't have an F30 either but a 30 Foot Sea Raider. Prowler fish is correct, glass hull and wood topside........

I think its due to its clean lines .Not from being clean ( mine was a dirty Clean machine ) ,

Trojan build a lot of 30 foot boats from the wood boats to the sea raiders and the F30 to te last F30 that was a totaly diffrent boat it even had a salon here is the last stlye F30

http://www.yachtworld.com/boats/1980/Tr ... ted-States

But it did not end there . The last 30 ft trojans were the 9 meter

I always thought that the 9m was an I/O. That one has twin inboards according to the specs. Nice boat
