Be careful about this one... I was going past this place on the train between Xmas and New Years, and noticed a boat in their yard appeared to have fallen off its blocks (unless someone blocked it at a 30 degree angle to begin with...). Don't know if it was this boat (just saw it out of the corner of my eye as we went by), but even if it wasn't this boat begs me to question how correctly they have things blocked. It could be all twisted out of shape.
