bilge venting - 10m midcabin

Post by BobCT »

I'm going to prime and possibly paint as much of the cabin plywood as I can reach and hopefully eliminate my interior odor problem like Scott did.

I still want to install some type of bilge venting for the interior. I removed my macerator pump so I have switched 12v in the general area where I would install a blower anyway.

How do I vent it out though? The smallest blower I see is 3" which is probably overkill for the area I'm talking about. I'm trying to think of some exit point I can tie into to use as the exhaust.

I wish the holding tank vent hose was more like 1.5" or 2" that would be perfect. I just changed it too, I think it's maybe 1" which for the # of square feet might work if the fan ran continously.

I think there's an exhaust under the microwave. Anyone know anything about that?
