Replacing fuel tanks on an F-28

Hey guys
Anyone replaced the fuel tanks on an F-28 yet? The tanks are on my mind, as ours are original 1976. They look fine on the outside, but know it could be a different story on the inside. Not leaking yet, but would rather replace before that happens.
Wondering if I'll have to cut open the cabin floor, or if they'll fit up through the hatch openings...
Thanks for your help!

I have a dock neighbor who has an F28 and I know what the engine room looks like, so I would say it would be better to remove the engines than to cut-up the deck.

I am rehabing an F28 and intent to replace the fuel tanks most likely. As yet I have not tackled that one. I do not know fi they will fit throug door or not. A thought might be able to get them out of one of the rear windows if it were to be removed.
I intend to use plastics if I replace at the same time I am putting two fresh engines in. I do not see any way of the tanks coming out via engine rome without removing aft bulkhead. The tanks in the engineroom are the water tanks.
Keep us posted on your trials and tribulations as will I.
