36' TROJAN TRI-CABIN 1974, 11' beam, fiberglass. Classic and reliable yacht. 2 staterooms / aft cabin with your choice of twin berths or queen size bed. 2 heads / bathroom in aft cabin includes stall shower. Galley is fully equipped with working electric stove and oven, large microwave, 110 volt refrigerator with freezer, double sink, table with bar stool, plus and additional chest freezer. Hot and cold running water throughout. Air condition. Plenty of storage space. Dark interior wood. New front bench cushions. Twin Chrysler 280 HP 440's, the engines run clean and do not burn oil. 220 gallon fuel capacity. Onan 6.5 KW generator, starts easy and immediate. Depth / fish finder. Compass. She is a nice older yacht, and in good condition. Also ... Coast Guard approved life jackets and safety gear with flares ...
