I found this a few days ago and did my best to come up with the money as cheap as it is, sad to say, was unable to. But this may be what you need, so will pass it on to you.

A PS to my previous reply. I wanted the trailer, not the boat. The trailer sounds as if it is worth the price of all of it, with a little paint and TLC.
The boat can be scrapped.
