We're getting closer in this neck of the woods. Anyway you cut it it we're still 7 weekes 'till splash and that is a best case senierio. can't wait untill springt

I say braise the son of a biotch (woodchuck) @325 degrees with 2 cups beef broth, 3 cups red wine, 1/4 cup Cognac, onions,carrots, celery, and 2 bay leaves for 2.5 hours

you know, I'm thinkin it's a violation of a woodchuck's basic woodchuck rights to braze 'em.... you conservatives always wanting to eat harmless cute little rodents...now I could see it if it was an illegal "chuck" but we're talking about a red,white and blue "chuck".I'm thinkin...
