radar arch - express/mid cabin

I've had brown water dripping out of the bottom of the radar arch where it bolts into the side of the hull. The top and sides of the arch (inside) are nice and dry but I know the bottom 6"? must be getting water in from somewhere.

As I was splicing my VHF wire last night, I realized that the factory grab rail could be the source of a leak. I never thought of re-bedding that but it's probably a good thing to do if you have the side panels loose for any reason.

It's my most likely suspect because everything higher than that seems to be dry. Just a threaded stud with a nut on each end so it's easy enough to do.
