My fuel gage is erratic as hell when RPMs above idle.
When at idle, I trust the reading.
I believe the item I need to replace is the fuel sender?
A very low cost Delphi unit?
I have the model with a 250 gallon tank under the aft deck.
Is it a simple little item, or does it go down to the bottom of the tank, etc.
Is this a tricky replacement? seems easy, but very little on a boat ever is.
Thanks

Check the ground first
Check the ground first before replacing any sending unit. I had the same issue - turned out to be a slipping connection of the grounding wire to the sending unit.
Not sure if that is your cause but I would check the simplest thing first and you may have already.
