Where is she now?

Post by Torcan »

Sadly, waiting for another winter to pass. I have since shrunk wrapped her, she now sits on the hard waiting for next spring.

That's okay. You can live vicariously through us other boaters who use our boats much through the winter... :) :) :)

Wow, I run our Parade of lights on the 3rd. But yours looks like you have many more participants. Always a great time regardless it's 15... or 50 boats!

That forward pad at the chine looks like it is beside the hull and not under it. If you haven't yet, can you adjust things to get it underneath?

It actually doesn't hold any weight, it is just there to keep it from going side to side. The boat is sitting on its keel.

But I will add more support for now and then move it in about 3 inches for next haul-out.

I would also have the forward keel support nearer the curve to the bow. Say a foot or two aft of where the curve ends.

Mine is being converted to Troling Mode, and strenthening railings to handle lugging around 2 big planer boards. Putting a few more rod holders on. I heard they are limiting out on nice rock just 14 miles north of my fishing grounds.
