1988 Trojan 8.9 meter (30ft)

Post by llewis01 »

I looking at buying a 1988 Trojan 8.9 meter. I was wondering what the weight of the boat would be? Might need a trailer to move it

Thanks.

10 meter express with no additional equipment (genset, HVAC, wetbar, etc) has a published DRY weight of 12,500 lbs.

Perhaps that can be a basis for you to estimate down from.

From my research, a 9m weighs roughly 10,500. The 8.6m has a narrower beam. I'd guess they weigh roughly 9,000.
