Found this picture on my wifes phone. River road north of St. Louis. Great ride in the fall.

John -

Great memories ... both on the water there and the River Road loop (Fast Eddies Bon-Aire > Loading Dock > Golden Eagle, if you know what I mean).

Used to ski a lot in Alton pool too.

Guess you got your shaft fixed?

Off to PGA Championship today (hope rain stops). Saw the PGA championship in St. Louis at Bellerieve in 1992 (more memories). Also played the last round on Pinehurst #2 before it closed for Pro practice rounds for the 2005 US Open. Tough greens and deep grass.

I've played the Ocean Course at Kiawah 3 times, and it is the toughest course ever. We were members of Normandy in St. Louis - which is the longest and oldest course west of the Mississippi. Its is nothing compared to Kiawah's Ocean Course. Anxious to see how the pros do there. The 1991 Ryder Cup was awesome at Kiawah.

See ya ...
