heads w/ showers

On the slighty or just larger Trojans. Whats the typical area space for a head with a shower, even the all in one rooms.

not quite sure what exactly the question is however it seems to me that you want to know the dimensions of the shower?

on my 74 F36 Tri only the aft head has a shower built in and its located tucked underneath the upper control station fairly much, as far as dimensions of the shower, its approximately 6.5 feet tall, and a 3ftx3ft cubicle (not much room however enough to take a shower)

hope this helped at least a bit

On my 30' Sea Raider the shower pan is about 2X2, water supply is a hand held shower head you attach to the sink faucet........I'm 6'4" and found the whole setup a major pain. The head is about 2.5 feet by 3.5 feet, the shower was on the entry end......I took the shower curtain out and do fine without the shower..........John

it most definitely is an "economic" shower design and in my opinion highly horribly made...

im ripping the whole shower out when i get back stateside
i had my father measure out the whole shower and pan and order a custom fit replacement for the whole thing from home depot with a resesed faucet mount... the only fun part will be the new shower body as the space to work iwth is extremely tight

that design will make the shower a bit more practical, and a hek of a lot better looking then the current panel design....

Thats about the norm on boats around 30' shower and head are the same area even the early F36 was that way also the later years have a sepret shower area w/ a glass door , a sweet set up that I am lucky to have .

If using in warm weather can shower on swim plagtform and avoid the wet potty. With swimsuit or not is a choice of locale on swimplatform.
There are a number of shower outfits that can be fit to the transome for such an event. :)

sigh.... i have a small tub and shower. and a 20 gallon water heater. believe it or not, it is a tight fit, but man it's nice to take a warm shower after working on her. personally, i would prefer the original tri cabin aft head design. the tub area could be turned into the sink and counter space and the toilet repositioned out of the hole where it is now---- the former shower stall.

I honestly dont know whos idea it was to make the aft head such a poor design... even with the "old" Trojans the positioning of the shower stall and the toilet isnt in the greatest place.
