What is the recommended prop for '85 10M International FlyBridge w/Crusader 454's. Boat currently has 3 blade wheels, however not able to read the markings to determine size/pitch. It just seems that I should be able to get a bit more speed out of her. Per GPS reading, 14 knots @ 3400rpm.

Hi Scott,
We have 18/22 props on our 1983 10 meter flybridge/aftcabin. The shafts are 1 and 1/4". The top RPM on ours is 4000 but I think in the original specs it should reach 4400. Our boat is very heavy and we get about 13 knotts at 3400 RPMs.
