Getting ready to remove/replace existing ones and have a couple questions. Do I drain the system (FWC) so as to not leak into exhuast during removal ?
And on installation, what gaskets are needed to seperate FWC from seawater ? And last, should I replace all bolts or reuse and where do I find a socket to fit these (12 point) ?

drain down raw water and Anti-freeze, the gaskets are solid with only bolt holes maybe a weep hole on some you'll need two per side and new S/S block plates. 12 point sockets and be had at HD, Lowe's and Sears....and yes Jamie's best toy store Snap-On and I replace bolts, grade 8. NO S/S bolts....

S/S bolts gall when you tighten them. They tighten fine but after being the manifold and heat cycles they'll break when you go to remove them..trust me on this... stick to grade 8

There is a description here of what you need. Note the SS shut off plate Tony mentioned. There are a few manufacturers but the parts are the same. You could also get Crusader OEM parts.
