Cockpit drains

I finally got around to enlarging some of the cockpit drains over the past few days. First, I went from 1" to 1.5" on each of the corner drains at the stern. New thru hulls of course. Then on the small rear hatch, I eliminated the Y connection, added a new thru hull and enlarged to 1.25". Now each corner of the hatch has a straight shot out. The deck always looked dirty under the benches because the dirty water collected there after a washdown since it didn't drain fast enough.

I want to do the same with the engine hatches but that might be on next years list.

"Y" connection?

Must be different than the express due to the raised deck.

The Express has scuppers with a flap that lead directly overboard.

Unfortunately, no scuppers on the mid cabin. All drains are connected to thru hulls. The rearmost hatch has a drain in each corner, connected together with a Y and out a single drain.
