Question about my hull number

Hi all thanks for looking I'm reading the aluminum plate attached to the door on the electrical panel my question is am I to understand with Hull # 330-9007 this is telling me my 10 meter was built in 1989 and is only the 7th one built in the 80's

My hull # is 95-7015 Mine is a 1967 Seems I read somewhere it was built in may, can't tell by the hull #
