Needs an "arch" and some "Trojan Stripes"! LOL! I've seen a few 8.6 meters but never a 9. I like it!

I am new to this website also, I would also like to know info on the 9meter. How is the structure of this boat in comparison to the 10 meter. I know the international express 10 meter is non wood cored, with no rotting capabilities. Does anyone know if this hull is built the same, or is it wood core? Thank you.

My understanding is that everything from the 10.8 meter and below was solid glass and everything larger, is cored laminate to help with weight.

It looks like a nice boat. Probably a good weight for those 454's as opposed to the 10 Meter and up. Great open cockpit for fishing. This particular one looks like it is in great shape.

I also have an 84 9 meter. bought it about 3 years ago and have been very happy with it. Happy to answer any questions and do believe it has no wood core.

I believe that statement is true.

As far as power is concerned, I've been on an 11 meter.

Her bigger size is far more than the 3 - 4 feet, it's the beam and displacement.

With the same motors as the 8.6 and 9 meter, she felt a bit underpowered.

671 diesels were offered and made far more sense.
