Windshield Wiper

Our 77 F-30 only had one wiper on the starboard side when we bought her last year and I could not find any indication of one being on the port side. There was a switch on the panel for one and was wondering if there was one on when she came new.

I know zip about the F30 but my F28 has only one and having two was an offered option.
