Water sitting on top of arch.

Post by Caliente »

Hey Fellow Trojan Boaters,,

Recently purchased a 1999 44' Trojan Express that was kept under cover until we purchased her. Now that she is not undercover,, we have discovered that rain water has a tendancy to settle/puddle on the arch and eventually leak into the upper cabin.

Has anyone else ran into this issue? if so,, is there a solution?

Thanks for the help

Sounds like you need to start with sealing any screws or fittings on top of the arch and look for cracks . any pic of the area ? It may be possible to reglass and build up that area so its not holding water

Take a close look and see if the arch is sagging. If it is, you'll have to deal with a structural issue to correct it properly.
