Hull Identification - need help

Hey guys, I just purchased this boat last December and I just want to figure out what hull this exactly is. This was purchased from a broker who sold this boat via photos, and the owner stated that is was a 1973 F25, but I have my doubts. Anyways below are some key information. The previous owner completely stripper her to bare hull and constructed a custom fishing boat perfect for my needs. Although I wish the hull had more deadrise, it has proven to be a great vessel.

-25' length
-9'4'' beam (possibly more, hard to measure greatest breadth with cabin)
-Inboard/outboard
-Low deadrise
-Small keel
-Owner added spray rails (black)

I don't believe that is a F25 hull . Do you have the hull ID numbers ?

No hin. Previous owner labeled it as a custom built

I am of the position that your broker / prev owner are stretching things a bit. I believe there is no such thing as a 1973 F25 with integrated fiberglass bow pulpit (unless it was sunk or burned and was 100% rebuilt). Trojan did not switch to glass until the late '70's. In '73 pulpits would have been wood (teak), bolted on to the fore deck, and any decking or aft cockpit would probably also be teak.

The hull lines I see in the pictures suggest more of a Formula shape to me, or maybe a Donzi or Magnum experiment? Superstructure is definitely a one-off.

Really don't think this is a '73 F25, but having said that if the boat is what you want, does what you want, satisfies survey and mechanical inspection, and you like it for what you want to do with it .... who really cares what it is?!? Make sure you are 100% comfortable with its handling, performance, condition, mechanicsal's (GET SURVEY!!), and everything else before you commit... If you still decide it is the right one then, it may be the right one for you.... no matter what I say.

Boat is already mine. Builder is a reputable boat builder, as well as a mercury master tech. Boat checked all the boxes I needed it to. Bow pulpit was made by him. House was made by him. Everything was custom other then the hull. I have had it for 10 months and it's worked flawlessly. Just curious about the hull as he stated it was a trojan, but I don't see any i/o Trojans....

The F24 had a I/O as did the 8.7 meter . But you could change most any boat to a I/O if you wanted to .

hi everyone. new to the forum. purchased a hull almost just like this with a center console. no bowsprit... but this is definitely a trojan of some kind as the one i'm buying has the moniker on the stern. seller didn't send me a pic of the hull identification number, and i haven't picked it up yet. anybody know anything about this hull? is it cored below the waterline? what to look out for. the one i bought is going to need probably a total redo. has no engine. it is set up as an inboard straight shaft. owner said it used to have a 318 chrysler in it, which matches the description of what i'm seeing in another boat just like this for sale being called a trojan as well... http://imgur.com/5TnEPlz this is what the one i bought looks like... only white. and no t-top. the trojan logo is on the starboard side of the transom on mine. same boat.

any and all info you kind folks can give me on this boat is appreciated and once i go get it next weekend i'll have more pics and possibly a HIN. thanks in advance. '

The links you showed are a different hull then the one in the OP's photos . The Ones in your links look to be Trojans 1 am sure it is the other looks to be (need more photos ) . They are not cored hulls . The decks/floor will be cored but not the hull . Cool boats IMO . Look forward to seeing photos
