If the rain is starting to come in, try this option. I just cut out the OEM weather stripping and replaced it with this:

In a related note, has anyone ever had their salon windows out? I have the one-piece aft cabin windows. The outside piece of those is just flat aluminum that is screwed over the opening, and which holds the screen. It looks like the salon windows (might) have the same type of construction. All I want to do is take said outside piece off the salon window so I can re-bed it and paint it before installing gutters just above it, not remove the entire window. Beacon reports that there is no exposed core there for me to anal retent about, so I want to leave it be since there is no problem per se.

Re: Tricabin salon window weatherstripping
Thanks Pdogg
I have never noticed leaks but generally do not go out when raining and boat is in a totally covered slip. When washing the tri-cab with pressure washer I have not noticed any leaking. I will examine mine but afraid that might start leaking. LOL
