Re: 13 Meter Fresh water Pump location
The other pic is not that good Here is a better pic for location Make sure you add a simple water filter after the tank and BEFORE your pump, I had issues for a long time with small pebbles/calcium deposits clogging my faucets Also my original pump was mounted very low in the bilge, after failing I ...

Re: 13 meter upgrades
This is happening right now
A shot of the dumpster with the guts
My deck on the lower cockpit was soaked with water and rotten throughout
My marina is handling this one, back is all cutout, old rot removed and sanded down
Coosa board will be used to rebuild

Re: 13 meter upgrades
I spent about $9500 for the geni and hush box with freight
$2500 for rails and roller blocks
$500 for hardware and exhaust
Absolutely worth the extra money to be able to move the geni
I am 6’1” and I can sit in the bilge in front of geni for maintenance

Re: 13 meter upgrades
This was a big upgrade for the boat
9.5 kw Phasor Marine w/ a Kubota engine
It’s a really tight fit between the Detroits, and very difficult to do maintenance on everything with the geni there so I installed it on rails

The Detroits have over 200 hours now since they were installed and run really good I spent a lot of time this Summer on Fire Island...

Re: Shut off valves
They look great
I took mine apart 4 years ago
I coated the inside with never-sieze and they are still smooth and easy to turn
