Re: Best way to find a leak??
Start by drying everything out. Make sure fresh water is disconnected, drain fresh water tank, water heater and waste tank. once it is dried look to see where it is coming from. If it hasn't rained it's likely shaft packing, rudder packing. But check every below waterline thru hull. If you still don...

Re: F32 V-berth door removal
My F-32 Express has the head directly in front of the lower helm. The V birth has a wall with closet to port and a hanging locker that goes just above the dinette. Other than that it is open.

Re: Answering a question about a Carver 370/390
Rick, I spent the day at the new boat. I learned a lot about how it was assembled. My mechanic and I believe Carver took the best of Trojan and the best of Carver and made some really good and underappreciated boats. No wood below the water line including stringers like the 10 meter. I found that th...

Re: Answering a question about a Carver 370/390
Rick, First thank you for the response. And yes my name is Dustin. I have the 78 F-32 Express and I just got a 99 360 Express. Thanks again there isn't much info online about these models. The Carver support is weak.

Re: Answering a question about a Carver 370/390
Shane, Ask away. I own one of these boats. Rick Shane. I'm getting ready to rebed all of the deck hardware. Is there access to the bottom of the bow rail fittings? Is there a threaded backing plate or just nuts and washers? I have a 99 built by Carver so they may be different. I've looked around a ...

I have both the Trojan and Trojan by Carver. I'm keeping the F-32 because a wise man once said "Life is to short for an ugly boat"

Re: COIL HEATING UP AND CUTTING OUT
Just FYI. if the bushings are worn out in the distributor from being 42 years old the kit won't fix that. I would check the play and runout on the shaft before you buy just the kit.

Re: COIL HEATING UP AND CUTTING OUT
I bought the complete Petronix distributor. Installation was easy. As stated above you will need to bypass the ballast and get the required coil. I ordered from Summitracing.com they had them in stock and are local for me.

Try switching parts from port to starboard.
