On my 11 Meter Express, the transducer is near the mid bilge pump. As you said, it is about 24" starboard of center (from my memory). I had mine changed out when I upgraded the original depth finder.

I have an '87 11 Meter Express. My pump is a March LC-2CP-MD (smaller inlet/outlet/gph than the 3CP).

What kind of pump is it? Most freshwater pumps have a pressure switch mounted on them that automatically turns them off when the correct pressure is reached. It sounds to me like your pump is not turning off at all, which likely means a bad pressure switch. Also, your diagram is not showing a pressu...
