check with a marine engine builder to be sure but I don't think aluminum displaces heat appropriately for closed engine room operation. I have an Edelbrock intake on my 360s with a heat dissapating shield and new Edelbrock 1409s. This set up dissapates heat better than the old cast intake man and C...

Re: tank problem
Thought of that already but thanks. I was able to run it to empty at end of last year on smooth seas and I aleady ran it without the anti-siphon and had same PRoblem in rougher seas. Almost like something floating around in tank plugs up line when tank sloshes around. Wish I had a more positive ans...

For those who have installed A/Cs in an F32 below the electrical panel (beside the stairs to the lower cabin), or run ductwork through that space, have you had any problems with condensation induced corrosion in the breaker and fuse panels ? My A/C currently sits under the forward bench seat in the...

Re: Anyone install air cond. 1979 32 trojan sedan
I want to install air on my trojan. My plan is to locate under seat in galley eating area. Is a right or left style a better choice to run duct work? Thanks! I have a 79, and mine is located on the starboard side underneath the electrical panel (Immediatey to the right of the stairs leading to the ...

Handling
It's not a huge difference but I have found that with no tabs and the ass end heavy it is a little better. I have not done one of those sideways out of control surfing maneuvers since I did it. (That and I have learned to avoid that situation by altering course to keep waves off the rear quarters. S...

I did it.
Took out water and holding tanks from stern. Made 98 Gallon Square Aluminum tanks for under cockpit. Took out front tanks, replaced with two 70 gallon water tanks. No Probs at all with weight distribution or handiling. (Actually easier to control in a following because I can voluntarily empty forwar...
