just a few things to do...but they'll take all winter
1, replace and paint portlights
2, replace all 4 bomar hatches...and 2 they don't make anymore....
3, repair a couple of blisters and then seal the bottom ....wish the 2 PO's had done it....
4, install big trim tabbs....
5, move to new marina in the mid-bay area..

1) get props re-conditioned 2)remove rudder ports inspect EVERYTHING including mounting area and re-install 3)remove hatches, rebuild and re-install, 4)replace the worn out step treads on the side gunwals where you enter boat 5)re-seal bridge mounting screws and drain gutter around outer edge of bridge 6)get bimini and enclosure repaired 7) Win the lottery to pay next years GAS bill

BTW the galvanized tanks were junk.
Fortunately the PO replaced the tanks before I bought her. I am going to remove the port tank, as the generator will probably go there.
Gonna put my genny in the middle, room between the two engines. I figured why different water tanks port vs tarboard, it was due to allowing clearance for steering shaft. I am modifying the mount so the 30 gallon plastic barrels will fit on both sides. It is easy now as I have both engines out.

Replace the top on my T-top with a new Stamoid Top.
Need to do some work to my radar arch. I'm at crunch time and I need to figure out whether I want to remove it. It appears to be a little waterlogged. I wanted to do what RWS did to his. We'll see if I have the time and skills.

Todd , I had my enclosure replaced with Stamoid and it has held up very well so far , But I liked the Sunbrella better . Only because I just think it looks better . Just my personal opinion . Stamoid is more water proof so would do a better job as a top ( I have a hard top ) . Others that had used Stamoid have been very happy with it .
Allen I still have 150 gallons left so no hurry that should last me a few weeks
