Ok you can buy the glazing direct from Beacon Marine. I will send a link and a pic soon. Maybe we can get a discount if we order in bulk. I am going to measure and see how much I need to do my entire boat tomorrow.

Bob i too need to replace all of my moulding as it is dried out and shrunken. You don't need to pull your glass to replace it. It has a beveled edge that pops into the frame. It just sits on top of your glass. I have not procured this moulding yet either. If you locate some please contact me.

Just some advice. Don't put crusader manifolds on. I would recommend putting on mercruiser ceramic coated ones or just some Osco's. I converted to osco's on my crusader 454's and never looked back. You will probably save weight to over those big goofy crusader manifolds. don't put on aluminum ones. ...

This boat won't plane off. By tabbing down it doesn't lift the stern and drop the bow like performance boats. It is like a small under powered inflatable boat. These boats don't have lifting strakes. Striperman, I did call them. The woman who answered the phone was not very friendly or helpful at all. All she could tell me was to mail in the unit and they may be able to fix it.
